Nettms Academy began inside Nettms Urban Habitat Pvt. Ltd. — India's digital construction and BIM authority. Founded in 2021, we delivered 500+ BIM and digital-twin projects across India and the Gulf in our first five years — and saw the same shift our clients were making: every team needed people who could ship with AI.
So in 2024 we spun off a training division. Same outcomes obsession, same cohort-based delivery — now applied to three flagship programmes: the Applied AI Engineer Program, the Data Analysis with Gen AI Program, and the BIM track that started it all (now with a guaranteed Nettms Urban Habitat placement pathway). All three share the same engine — recorded classes, live mentoring, and real Nettms Urban Habitat project tasks on a points leaderboard.
