What ‘qualified’ means
Phase 2 + 3 are reserved for students who meet the cohort's qualification bar — attendance, capstone delivery, and the Month-3 assessment. We deliberately don't promise placement to every enrolment; we promise it to the students who deliver the work. Our 2025 BIM cohort qualification rate was 81%.

Why this program, for the Indian market
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is one of the few engineering tracks that opens both Indian and international doors within 6 months. The Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), the UK, Australia and Singapore have a structural shortage of qualified BIM modellers and coordinators. Indian candidates with real Revit + Navisworks + clash-detection experience routinely land $30–70K offers abroad.
The Nettms Academy BIM program is unusual: it is taught by the working BIM team at our parent company, Nettms Urban Habitat Pvt. Ltd. — the digital construction firm that has shipped BIM models for projects in India, the UAE and East Africa since 2021. The course is project-based. You will model real buildings, run real clash detection across MEP and structural disciplines, and walk out with a portfolio of construction-grade BIM deliverables — not academic exercises.
You leave with three things hiring teams in India and abroad ask for: a Revit portfolio with families, schedules and sheets at construction-document level; a Navisworks clash-detection report from a real coordination exercise; and a BIM 360 workflow walkthrough video that proves you have used the cloud tools production teams actually use. - Engineering or architecture background helps; not strictly required for Revit basics.
