By creating an account at Nettms Academy you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully — they set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent/guardian consent.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share your account. Sessions and recordings are licensed only to you.

Payments & refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been received for any program, workshop, masterclass seat, or other paid offering, Nettms Academy does not issue refunds under any circumstances — including change of mind, schedule conflict, partial attendance, or any other reason. The only exception is a duplicate transaction caused by a payment-gateway error, which is reversed automatically by Razorpay. Tax invoices are generated for every successful payment. Community conduct

Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, or doxxing. Plagiarising assignments will lead to suspension. Moderators may remove content and ban users who violate these rules.

Intellectual property

Course content remains the property of Nettms. You may use it for personal learning and portfolio projects — not for redistribution.

Placement support is provided in good faith but is not a guarantee of employment. Salary ranges shown are based on past cohorts and will vary by role + market.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad.
