Refund Policy

We want you in the right cohort, not stuck in the wrong one. Our refund policy is intentionally simple.

7-day no-questions refund

Within 7 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. Email hello@nettmsacademy.comwith your registered email. We process the refund within 7 working days via the same payment method.

After the 7-day window

Refunds are pro-rated based on the live sessions you've attended before the request. Contact support to discuss your specific case.

EMI & pending installments

If you refund during the EMI window, only the installments already paid are eligible for refund. Future installments are cancelled.

Free masterclasses + events

Free events don't require refunds. Paid events follow the same 7-day rule.
