Refund Policy

All sales are final

Nettms Academy does not offer refunds. Once payment has been received for any program, workshop, masterclass seat, or other paid offering, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes — but is not limited to — change of mind, schedule conflicts, partial attendance, technical issues at the learner's end, or any other reason. We strongly encourage you to attend any free masterclass we publish and review the program details, mentor information, and curriculum before paying — that information is published openly on our site so you can decide if Nettms is the right fit before you commit.

Free events

Free masterclasses, workshops, and resources have no payment and therefore no refund. You may cancel your registration any time before the session by ignoring it; no further action required.

Failed or duplicate transactions

If a payment fails on the bank's side but is debited from your account, or if you are charged twice for the same enrolment by a payment-gateway error, Razorpay typically reverses the duplicate amount within 5–7 working days automatically. If it does not, email hello@nettmsacademy.comwith your transaction reference and we will help you raise a charge- back with Razorpay. This is the only category of payment-related reversal we facilitate.

EMI plans

When you enrol on a no-cost EMI, every installment is non-refundable once charged. Cancelling an EMI plan cancels future installments but does not refund previously paid installments. Tax invoices for each installment are generated and emailed to you.
